Terms, Conditions Returns and Refunds
Shoes remain the property of Sanita Medical until fully paid for. By accepting the goods, you are accepting Sanita Medical’s terms and conditions of sale and return/refund policy.
Before making a refund or replacement claim, please contact us on (03) 9752 5915 or 0425 744 712.
You have 30 days to return an item from the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed with Sanita Medical.
Replacement Claims
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be:
- considered faulty in workmanship
- returned to Sanita Medical (at the buyers cost) within 90 days
- accompanied by proof or purchase from Sanita Medical
- a brief outline of what the problem is
Once your item is received, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your claim after inspecting the item. If your replacement is approved, we will:
- Replace the item with the same or similar
- freight the item at no cost to you
Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
- returned to Sanita Medical (at the buyers cost) within 30 days of the invoice date
- unworn and saleable condition
- in the original packaging
- accompanied by proof or purchase from Sanita Medical
We will notify you on the status of your claim after inspecting the item. If your refund is approved, we will:
- Initiate a refund via the original payment method. You should receive the credit within a few business days, depending on your bank.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the you and are not refundable.
